At Toward Health, we are dedicated to advancing the understanding and application of low-carbohydrate lifestyles to combat obesity, diabetes, and metabolic disease. We are proud to share that Toward Health will be presenting four research posters and hosting a dynamic workshop at the upcoming Symposium for Metabolic Health hosted by Low Carb USA in Boca Raton, FL. This event is an incredible opportunity to showcase our commitment to advancing metabolic health through evidence-based research supporting a low-carbohydrate lifestyle.
