About Mary

A path grounded in individualized care

Mary first joined the practice as a medical assistant in 2021, where she saw how individualized care, compassion, and metabolic-health strategies could shape the patient experience. She later returned for clinical rotations while completing physician assistant training.

Clinical training and oncology experience

Mary completed physician assistant training at Marist College and has additional experience in cancer prevention and treatment through work with Montefiore and New York Cancer & Blood Specialists, including early detection, risk reduction, and patient-centered care.

Research and metabolic health

Mary is the first-listed author of a peer-reviewed case report examining ketogenic nutrition and metabolic changes in Cushing’s disease. At Toward Health, she brings that research perspective into collaborative care focused on preventing and managing chronic disease.
