Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

👩‍⚕️ Deliver Virtual Patient Care – Conduct telehealth visits, diagnose conditions, and create personalized treatment plans.
🔍 Focus on Preventative & Chronic Care – Support patients with metabolic health, weight management, and long-term wellness strategies.
🤝 Collaborate with a Team – Work alongside physicians, health coaches, and other providers to ensure comprehensive, high-quality patient care.
📄 Document & Optimize Care – Maintain accurate, timely records in our digital health platform.

Requirements

What You Bring

✔ Licensed NP or PA – Active license in one or more U.S. states (multi-state licensure preferred).
✔ Telehealth Experience – Prior virtual care experience is a plus, but we’ll provide training!
✔ Metabolic Health or Chronic Disease Focus – Experience with weight management, endocrinology, or lifestyle medicine is a plus.
✔ Tech-Savvy & Patient-Centered – Comfortable using digital platforms and passionate about delivering exceptional virtual care.
