Yes, you can still establish a patient-physician relationship with us. Our physicians are licensed in 48 states across the continental U.S., allowing us to provide care regardless of your location.
While the retainer for your program covers appointments, open-access care, and ongoing support, you will be responsible for external services such as lab work, imaging, specialist visits, prescriptions, and anything processed through your insurance.
