Food Relationship
Small Group

This group is for those who are struggling to maintain a low carb lifestyle and understand or want to explore what else may be keeping them stuck. Coaches will discuss the strategies needed to work through a difficult relationship with food so that you understand all the forces at play and have practical strategies for how to navigate them. Week-by-week, coaches will build upon that insight to make your diet and lifestyle impenetrable. The focus will be on both weight loss, and how to create a more peaceful relationship with food and diet.

Back to Basics: Accountability Small Group

This group will focus on teaching low carb basics in a group setting and is perfect for those who want a refresher on low carb, but need additional support and encouragement. Coaches will guide you with a practical education and offer insights in how to sustain your lifestyle beyond just “keep your carbs low.” Achieve lasting success by tapping into the wisdom and support of coaches and an engaged group of people who are working on similar goals.

What to Expect with Small Group Coaching

A social 8-week journey of support and success for those looking for accountability and support. ​Participants are encouraged to actively share their challenges, victories, struggles, accomplishments, and strategies, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. Space limited to 10 participants. 

Sessions are held within a scheduled 8-week period, with no make-up sessions allowed. Members may only join at the beginning of a session and cannot join ongoing sessions.

Each week, you’ll set meaningful goals and learn strategies to break free from the diet-binge-restrict cycle and sustain long-term success beyond willpower.

Brian Wiley

Toward Health Premium App Access:

Make-up sessions are not available due to the structure of the program. The small group runs consecutively for 8 weeks at the designated time, unless a skipped date is specified in advance. Once enrolled, we encourage you to attend all sessions to gain the maximum benefit.

Rescheduling is absolutely fine! However, since all sessions are booked upfront to accommodate everyone’s schedules, we’ll do our best to stay as close to the original schedule as possible to avoid significant gaps between sessions.
