What to Expect with Small Group Coaching

A social 8-week journey of support and success for those looking for accountability and support. ​Participants are encouraged to actively share their challenges, victories, struggles, accomplishments, and strategies, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. Space limited to 10 participants. 

Sessions are held within a scheduled 8-week period, with no make-up sessions allowed. Members may only join at the beginning of a session and cannot join ongoing sessions.

Make-up sessions are not available due to the structure of the program. The small group runs consecutively for 8 weeks at the designated time, unless a skipped date is specified in advance. Once enrolled, we encourage you to attend all sessions to gain the maximum benefit.

Rescheduling is absolutely fine! However, since all sessions are booked upfront to accommodate everyone’s schedules, we’ll do our best to stay as close to the original schedule as possible to avoid significant gaps between sessions.
