Overview

Toward Health is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily clinic operations and lead our front desk team. This role ensures smooth administrative workflows, excellent patient experiences, and strong coordination across our medical, corporate wellness, and research programs.

Responsibilities

Manage and support front desk staff, including scheduling, training, and workflow accountability.
Oversee daily operations: patient scheduling, check-in/out, and front-office efficiency.
Serve as the first point of contact for patients and partners with professionalism and care.
Maintain and train staff in practice tools: EMR, CRM, and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) platforms.
Support new patient onboarding, including registration and device distribution (CGMs, Tenovi, Biobeat, etc.).
Coordinate special projects, including corporate wellness initiatives and research team support.
Monitor and improve workflows to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Manage administrative needs: supplies, compliance support, and payroll coordination.
Flexibly take on periodic projects as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

Customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
Medical background (medical assistant, office administration, or similar).
Strong computer skills; experience with EMR/CRM/RPM systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to lead and motivate front desk staff.
Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare best practices.

Preferred:

Experience with integrative or metabolic health programs.
Familiarity with tools such as Elation, Hint, Spruce, RevUp, Tenovi.
Background in project management or team coordination.
