Every AV Stumpfl employee now has access to one of two metabolic screening tracks designed to give you real insights into your health so you can take control, make informed changes, and feel your best. Please note: You may opt into only one screening option.

Basic Screening

A simple, introductory snapshot of your current health.

Includes:

At-home remote monitoring tools (CGM, Sleep Study, ABP)
One results review with a medical provider

This option is available at no cost to employees.

In-depth Diagnostic Screening

A complete package to help you understand your health and build a strong foundation for the long term.

Includes everything in the Basic Screening, plus:

Coronary Artery Calcium (CAC) scan to help assess risk of heart disease before symptoms appear. A CAC scan is a non-invasive CT test that detects and measures calcium buildup in the arteries of the heart.
Comprehensive lab panel designed to detect hidden health risks
Two (2) medical visits for personalized guidance and support
Remote monitoring so you can see in real time how your body is responding to food, sleep, stress, and daily habits
Toward Health Score and Analysis to give you insight into your current health status and guide next steps for optimizing your long-term wellness
