A Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) is a small, wearable device that tracks your blood sugar in real time, all day and night, even while you sleep. It gives you instant feedback on how your body responds to food, activity, and stress, helping you make smarter and more personalized health choices.
As part of the #ThriveinJuly Challenge, participants will receive a free CGM and will be asked to post a screenshot of their glucose data in the private Tague Message Board on the Toward Health app to receive full credit.
