Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence.
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure contracts and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare reports on business development activities, progress towards goals, and market insights for senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to execute projects effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Familiarity with software solutions that enhance business operations and customer engagement.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing client relationships and sales processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
