Phase 1

You will have an onboarding meeting with a member of our dedicated medical concierge team to gather your relevant health information and review at-home testing & on-site testing.

You and your provider will meet to have a comprehensive discussion about your health goals and concerns.

Phase 2

At-home testing devices will be used to identify any medical concerns from the comfort of your home. On-site testing will provide an in-dept look at your metabolic health. Our team will assist in arranging all on-site screenings.

Phase 3

Once all your test results are in, we will reach out to schedule an appointment between you and your provider to review the results and discuss the next steps.
