What you can expect

Phase 1

You will have an onboarding meeting with a member of our dedicated medical concierge team to gather your relevant health information and review at-home testing.

You and your provider will meet to have a comprehensive discussion about your health goals and concerns.

Book Onboarding Call

Phase 2

At-home testing devices will be used to identify any medical concerns from the comfort of your home. Our team will assist in arranging all on-site screenings.

Phase 3

Once all your test results are in, we will reach out to schedule an appointment between you and your provider to review the results and discuss the next steps.
